Features and advantages:

RD-9630 is a polyurethane type universal dispersant, containing more adsorption groups, can be used for grinding carbon black, organic pigments and inorganic pigments. Especially for grinding and dispersing high-surface area carbon black and organic pigments, it has a very excellent effect, and the strong wettability can greatly shorten the grinding time of the color paste, while the viscosity reduction effect is outstanding.

Recommended dosage calculation formula:

Amount of dispersant (g) = [specific surface area of pigment (m2/g) ÷ 500] × weight of pigment (g)

Application field:

1. Used for dispersion of high specific surface carbon black and organic pigments;

2. Used in thermoplastic (solid) and hydroxyl acrylate, polyester and other automotive and plastic paints.

3. Applied to wood paint system such as alkyd

Instructions for use: Dissolve RD-9630 in the mixture of grinding base material, and then add pigment for grinding.

Packing: Net weight 25Kg/ barrel, 200kg/ barrel.

Storage: Away from high temperature and fire; Place in a cool and ventilated place; Seal after use; The shelf life is 24 months.
