What they do.
1, Dispersant is a functional polymer or functional small molecule compounds, mainly used in the dispersion of the facial family in the system, can improve the coloring force, shorten the grinding time of ink, increase the stability of the system, anti float color and flower.
2, the leveling agent is mainly used in the formation and continuity of the polymer silicone ink layer, enhance the flow performance of ink. In printing, ink layer shrinkage hole is the production of paint,Water - based ink and latex paint, etc.
3. The smooth agent is usually used with polymer silicone, wax, aliphatic amide and special small molecule polyamide wax, which can make the surface of the ink layer smooth and wear-resistant after printing.
4, defoamer is a special adjustment of surface tension material, used to prevent and eliminate ink production and use in the process of bubbles.
5, anti-slip agent is mainly inorganic filler and polypropylene wax, used for printing non-slip requirements of packaging, mainly carton and packaging bag table printing ink, especially packaging Palletizing requirements.
5. Matting agents are metal soap, special polymer, silica, white carbon black, etc., used for printing matte and matting requirements of packaging.
7, plasticizer commonly used dioctyl phthalate, dibutyl ester, etc., for the softening of ink temperature layer, to prevent the ink layer after printing cracking.
8. Wear-resisting agent is generally wax, inorganic filler, aluminum oxide, etc., to provide the wear resistance of the ink surface and the adaptability of the scraper.
9, the pattern agent is mainly ultra-high molecular weight silicone resin, using its incompatibility and shrinkage in ink drying or film forming moments to produce different cracking lines
