Features and advantages:

RD-9017 is a wetting dispersant for solvent based systems. It has broad compatibility and can stabilize all kinds of pigments. Suitable for solvent general purpose pigment concentrate with aldehyde group or acrylic resin as grinding resin.

2, can avoid multiple pigment system to produce floating color and hair.

3, can increase the gloss of the coating, color intensity, transparency and hiding power.

Application scope:

Has broad compatibility, can be used in a variety of solvent - based formulations. It can also be used for the late remediation of problem coatings.

Recommended dosage:

Inorganic pigments 10-15%

Organic pigments 30-90%

Titanium dioxide 3-5%

Carbon black is 80-120%

Usage: in order to obtain the best performance, the resin and solvent components are pre-mixed, slowly add additives, mix evenly, and then add pigment. If the order is wrong, it can be remedied by post-addition, but only under high shear force conditions Add slowly.

Packing: 25KG/ drum.

Storage:

Storage temperature: it is recommended to store at 10-40℃, avoid direct sunlight. Delamination or turbidity may occur at temperatures below 0℃. Heat to 20℃ and mix thoroughly.

Shelf life: the shelf life of intact packaged products is 24 months from the date of production under suitable storage conditions.
