RD-9784 is a new block polymer general purpose dispersant, containing more adsorption groups, can be used for grinding carbon black, organic pigments and inorganic pigments. Especially for grinding and dispersing high surface area carbon black, has a very excellent effect, strong wettability can greatly shorten the grinding time of color paste, while the viscosity reduction effect is outstanding.

Application field:

1. Used for the preparation of nano color paste and UV color paste;

2. Used in thermoplastic (solid) or hydroxyl acrylate system of automotive paint, plastic paint and other high-end industrial paint.

3. Application in the preparation of water and oil dual-purpose color paste;

4. Can also be used for UV screen printing, UV ink jet, alcohol ink and various ink systems and high-end UV wood lacquer;

Recommended dosage：

Amount of dispersant (g) = [specific surface area of pigment (m2/g) ÷ 500] × weight of pigment (g)

Usage: Dissolve RD-9784 in the mixture of grinding base, and then add pigment for grinding.

Packing: 25KG/ barrel.

Storage: Keep away from high temperature and ignition sources; Keep in a cool and ventilated place; Please seal after use; The shelf life is 36 months.
