Alkynyl alcohol defoamer RP-6337
Features and advantages:
RP-6337 surfactant product is a multi-functional additive with wetting, defoaming and dispersing properties. The product is a symmetrical non-ionic surfactant, whose unique twin chemical structure enables the product to reduce surface tension, control foam, reduce water sensitivity and other characteristics. Can be used in many industries: such as waterborne industrial paint, waterborne wood paint, waterborne plastic paint, waterborne ink, OPV, pressure sensitive adhesive, pigment and dye manufacturing, metal processing industry, flux, pesticide and so on.
Advantages:
Fast migration, reduce dynamic surface tension and static surface tension, defoaming and foam suppression, low water sensitivity, can wet a variety of substrates, will not form micelles, good thermal stability, good acid and alkali stability.
wetting
The surface tension of water-based system is higher than that of solvent system, so surfactants need to be added to improve the wettability. However, traditional wettability agents will cause foam and foam stabilization. If antifoaming agents are added, poor wettability will occur again, such as needle eye and fish eye. Rp-6337 series products can avoid these problems. Significantly superior to conventional surfactants, it can provide extremely low surface tension and foam inhibition under dynamic conditions.
defoaming
Rp-6337 series of surfactants is a good symmetrical nonionic defoamer because of its unique molecular structure. Rp-6337 surfactants do not have turbidity points and can have persistent defoaming over a wide temperature range.
Water sensitivity
Many surfactants cause water sensitivity problems on dry coated surfaces. Highly hydrophilic surfactants such as anionic (sulfosuccinate dioctyl sodium salt) or polyethoxy surfactants are easily resoluble in water, causing dry coating surface defects such as sticky, white, atomization, and poor water resistance.

Water-based pressure sensitive adhesive: 0.1% - 1.0%
Fountain solution: 0.1% - 1.0%
Ink-jet ink: 0.1% -- 1.0%
Packing: 25kg inner coated iron drum /180kg ring plastic drum
Storage: the product should be sealed and placed in dark and low temperature. If it cannot be used all at once, tighten the cover after use to prevent moisture volatilization.
