Characteristics and advantages:

l Wetting dispersants for homogenizing and stabilizing systems in SMC/BMC and pultrusion processes improve the color uniformity of moulds and improve glass fiber infiltration, thereby optimizing performance. It is also an anti-phase separation agent.

l Used as an anti-phase separation agent in PS-UP mixtures. It can improve the dispersion and stability of pigments in low shrinkage systems. In HMC, the RD-9265 optimizes glass fiber infiltration, resulting in improved mechanical properties.

Product specification：

Application: SMC, BMC, pultrusion process

Usage: RD-9265 should be first added to the resin mixture mixed evenly, and then added to the makeup filler.

Recommended dosage:

The 0.5-1% additive (purchased form) is based on the resin and is used to prevent phase separation.

0.5-1% additives (purchased form) are used for glass fiber infiltration based on glass fiber content.

The 30-140% additive (purchased form) is based on pigments and is used to stabilize organic pigments and carbon black pigments.

Storage: Stratification or turbidity may occur at temperatures below 0°C. Heat to 20℃ and mix well before use.
