RT-3310

Features and advantages:

RT-3310 is a general type of medium association modified anionic alkali swelling thickener, at a lower dosage that can significantly improve the medium and low shear viscosity, so that the coating has a higher viscosity and a certain leveling, long-term storage is not layered, and dilution viscosity loss is small. Suitable for interior and exterior paint formulations ranging from matte to glossy, especially styroacrylic and acrylic acetate coatings, usually used in lower doses as a synergic thickener to control flow, partially replacing cellulose to improve water resistance without compromising gloss. The coating that uses RT-3310 advocate thickening agent has certain yield value but also show certain flow level sex at the same time, suit to make up common flat besmear paint or the anaglyph paint that has orange peel pattern effect. Rt-3310 and non-ionic polyurethane rheological modifiers have excellent formula compatibility, RT-3310 and all kinds of thickener use without worry about stratification.

Application areas:

1, emulsified silicone oil defoaming agent, the recommended amount of 1-3%

2, fabric coating glue, recommended to add 0.5-1%

3, coating printing glue, recommended to add 1-3%

4, pressure sensitive adhesive emulsion, recommended to add 0.5-1%

5, the recommended amount of inner and outer wall latex paint is 0.2-0.6%

6, water-based ink, recommended to add 0.5-1%

7, water-based coating adhesive, recommended to add 0.2-0.5%

Recommended dosage: add 0.3~1.0% to the total amount of paint (finished product form), the specific dosage should be subject to the experiment;

Usage:

(1) Before use, adjust the PH value of the thickening system to 8 ~ 9 with ammonia water, and then dilute RT-3310 with water in a ratio of 1:2~3. Add it slowly and stir it fully at low speed.

(2) RT-3310 is recommended to be used in medium and high PVC systems. Because SN-513A has a high association degree, it is recommended that the viscosity of the coating 24 hours after preparation shall prevail when it is first used.

Storage: the product should be sealed and placed in a cool, dry and ventilated place. If it cannot be used all at once, tighten the lid after use to prevent caking or crusting.
