Features and advantages:

Defoaming agent, silicone free, for unsaturated polyester resins and polyurethanes and epoxy systems; Especially recommended for transparent systems. Also suitable for epoxy floor system.

RP-6303 is a highly effective defoamer for almost all unsaturated polyester resins and processing technologies, as well as epoxy and polyurethane resins. This defoamer is also particularly recommended for transparent systems because of its compatibility.

Product specifications:

Application: Room temperature curing systems, especially recommended for unsaturated polyester resins, gelcoat and casting systems, as well as epoxy flooring and polyurethane systems.

Recommended dosage: 0.1-0.5 % dosage of additives (form of supply) based on total formulation. The above recommended dosage is for reference, and the best dosage needs to be determined through a series of tests.

Usage: add the additive to the resin, and then add other components. In some resins, defoaming agents may cause fog shadows in the finished product.
