RP-6307 is developed from a special silicone grease system with a specially designed emulsifying system. The new silicone grease system provides excellent anti-foam balance. The special emulsifying system ensures the compatibility, dilution stability and excellent shear stability of the system. Ideal for foam control of metal cutting fluids. The desired foam control effect can be achieved with very small amounts, while the negative effects on the final product caused by the addition of large amounts of defoamer are greatly reduced. The defoaming agent is particularly suitable for such systems as fully synthetic cutting fluids and semi-synthetic cutting fluids.

Product specifications:

Applications:Full synthetic/semi-synthetic cutting fluids and other cyclic shear systems.

Usage:add directly to foaming system, ensure its uniform dispersion. It is not recommended to dilute with water directly. According to the temperature and stirring of different systems, the dosage of 1-2‰ can ensure the ideal defoaming effect. The optimal dosage should be determined after the test.
