RD-9611 is a polyester dispersant, which can effectively reduce the interfacial tension between pigment and base material, and has good wetting effect on pigment and filler, improve the dispersion efficiency, reduce the viscosity of the system, and maintain good dispersion stability; Especially suitable for the preparation of pigment concentrate slurry, can improve the filling amount and grinding dispersion efficiency, maintain storage stability, improve grinding performance, can also be used for dispersing and grinding of organic pigments, inorganic pigments and common carbon black in industrial anticorrosive coatings.

Application scope:

1. Oil coatings and other systems of inorganic pigment filler and organic pigment grinding dispersion;

2. Preparation of pigment concentrate slurry.

3. Viscosity reduction and dispersion of fillers in BMC and SMC systems.

Recommended dosage:

Usage: dissolve RD-9611 in the mixture of grinding base material first, and then add pigment for grinding.

Packing:net weight 25Kg/ drum, 200kg/ drum.

Note:because of the high active content of the product, when the temperature is lower than 15 degrees, there will be turbid phenomenon, which is the product's own characteristics and has no impact on the product effect. It can be used normally after antipyretic
