RD-9775 is a kind of polymer dispersing agent, widely used in high solid solvent containing coatings and UV curing system, for carbon black, organic pigments and inorganic pigments have shown very excellent grinding dispersion effect, good versatility, good viscosity reduction effect, can also be used in the production of oil color paste.

Amount of dispersant (g) = [specific surface area of pigment (m2/g) ÷ 500] × weight of pigment (g)

Method of use:

RD-9775 was dissolved in the mixture of grinding base material, and then pigment was added for grinding.

Scope of application:

1. Dispersing and grinding carbon black and organic and inorganic pigments in automotive paint, industrial paint, plastic paint and other systems;

2. Dispersive grinding of carbon black, organic pigments and inorganic pigments in UV curing system.

Storage conditions and shelf life:

1. Keep away from high temperature and fire sources;
