RK-G571 is a kind of difunctional silane containing methacryloxy organic group and ethoxy silyl inorganic group. At the same time with organic reactivity and inorganic reactivity, it can react with organic thermosetting resin, and can also react with inorganic surface containing glass fiber, clay, quartz, other silica materials.

Solubility: Soluble in methanol, ethanol, isopropyl alcohol, acetone, benzene, toluene and xylene.

Product application

The mechanical strength of the glass fiber reinforced composite can be improved by treating the glass fiber yarn with an infiltrating agent containing RK-G571 silane coupling agent (containing film forming agent, lubricant and antistatic agent).

The dry and wet mechanical strength of polyester composites filled with white carbon black, glass, silicate and metal oxides can be improved.

The wet electrical properties of many inorganic filler filled composites can be improved.

Silylated polymers that can be crosslinked and curable at room temperature are synthesized by copolymerization with vinyl acetate and acrylate or methacrylate monomer. These silylated polymers are widely used in coatings, adhesives and sealants. Provides excellent adhesion and durability.

Silane can be applied to an inorganic surface in the form of a dilute aqueous solution (0.1 to 0.5% silane). To prepare an aqueous solution, the pH of the water is adjusted to 3.0 to 4.5 with acetic acid, and silane is added while being thoroughly stirred.

Product security, handling and storage:

The container should be sealed after opening to prevent water vapor from entering and producing hydrolysis.

Stored in the original unopened container at room temperature, this product has a shelf life of one year from the date of production. After passing the test, the buyer will decide whether to continue to use the expired product.
