Application features:

1, used as emulsifiable metal processing liquid, rolling liquid, metal cleaner, polymer quenching agent and refractory hydraulic fluid in the alkaline component. It shows good emulsification performance and improves the dispersion and stability of emulsion.

2. Compared with other tertiary amines used in water-based formulations, leaching of heavy metals such as cobalt can be significantly reduced.

3. Due to its high boiling point, it is a low volatile component and can be used for high temperature operations, such as heavy cutting operations and emulsion cleaners applied at 80℃ or higher.

4, can stabilize the emulsion, and can prolong its service life under harsh conditions.
