RF-7515 is a silicone surface additive used in solvent-free, radiation-curing, solvent-based coating systems, adhesives and printing inks to greatly reduce surface tension.

○ Low surface tension, increase smoothness, substrate wetting.

○ Compatible with acrylic resin, alkyd resin, amide, epoxy resin, nitrocellulost, phenolic resin, polyester resin and ethylene systems

Application field:

RF-7515 is mainly used in solvent-based and solvent-free two-component polyurethane systems, UV-curable coatings, polyester/melamine baking coating systems, and a range of water-based systems. The high compatibility enables the additive to be used in the production of high transparency varnish without causing turbidity.

○ RF-7515 is very suitable for wood and furniture paint, can paint; Also suitable for coil coatings and leather finishes.

Recommended dosage: 0.05-1% additive dosage (purchased form) based on the total formula.

○ RF-7515 is especially recommended for gloss varnish, flexographic inks, offset inks and screen inks. Can improve the tape stripping in the finish varnish. Also suitable for high speed printing ink.
