Features and advantages:

Antifoam agent RP-604X is a non-silicon general purpose antifoam agent with high efficiency, which is suitable for foam suppression and defoaming in the field of polyurethane. Based on its excellent and efficient performance, in most systems, it is significantly less than other types of defoamer.

• Can quickly eliminate all kinds of microbubbles, large bubbles, suitable for all kinds of viscosity systems;

• Excellent foam suppression and bubble breaking effect, suitable for stirring process and static defoaming;

• Suitable for solvent and solvent-free systems, with or without fillers and systems;

• Silicone-free, suitable for restricted silicone-type systems;

Application field:

Suitable for polyurethane elastomers, coatings, adhesives and sealants and other fields, in most systems

The amount added is significantly less than that of other types of defoamer. Recommended for non-water-based, restricted silicone applications.

Use:

Due to different parameters such as raw materials and viscosity, it is recommended to add 0.2%-0.5%, and the best dosage should be passed

Packing: 

This product is packed in 25 kg drums.

Storage:

Store in a dry and cool place, avoid exposure to sunlight, and do not contact with water. After the packaging is opened and used, the container is locked immediately to avoid volatilization and deterioration. No direct contact with skin, mouth, nose, eyes. Keep away from fire.
