Features and advantages:

RD-9016 is a wetting dispersant for solvent based systems. Suitable for solvent - based automotive coatings, industrial coatings and Wetting dispersion of pigment concentrate. Especially suitable for stabilization of fine carbon black and organic pigments.

1, improve wettability, reduce the grinding time and viscosity of abrasive materials.

2, avoid multiple pigment system to produce floating color and hair.

3, can increase the gloss of the coating, color intensity, transparency and hiding power.

4, can increase the storage stability of pigment system

Product specifications:

Application: automotive coatings, industrial coatings, etc

Recommended dosage:

Inorganic pigments 10-15%

Organic pigments 30-90%

Titanium dioxide 3-6%

Carbon black 60-120%

Usage: premix the resin and solvent components, slowly add additives and mix evenly, then add pigment. If the order is wrong, it can be remedied by post-addition, but it needs to be added slowly under high shear force conditions.

Packing: 25KG/ drum.

Storage:

Storage temperature: it is recommended to store at 10-40℃, avoid direct sunlight. Delamination or turbidity may occur when stored or transported at temperatures below 0℃. Heat to 25℃ and stir before use.

Shelf life: the shelf life of intact packaged products is 24 months from the date of production under suitable storage conditions.

Safe operation:

1. Avoid direct contact with skin.

2. In case of accidental contact with skin, please immediately wash the skin with soapy water and clean it with water.
