Features and advantages:

With good defoaming ability, it is used for porous materials such as wood, asbestos tile coating operations. Because it has the effect of adjusting the surface flow of the coating film, it also has a good effect on eliminating pinholes, craters, fish eyes, silk lines, etc.

Product Specifications:

Application fields: alkyd resin, acrylic resin, polyester resin, epoxy resin, polyurethane coating, nitrocellulost coating, vinyl chloride resin, etc

Recommended dosage: 0.1-1% for full dosage. In special cases, it can be increased to 3-5%

Usage: It can be added later, but the effect of adding before is better.

Packing: Net weight 25Kg/ barrel, 200kg/ barrel.

Storage and precautions:

The storage environment is 0-40℃, in a cool and ventilated place, keep the container tight, away from heat and fire sources. If added later, the shear force must be high enough to ensure a good dispersion of the defoamer to prevent shrinkage.
