Features and advantages:

RT-105A is characterized by high active ingredient content, better thickening efficiency, and more economical use to meet the market demand for high concentration polyurethane thickeners.

RT-105A is a new generation of polyurethane, hydrophobic group modified non-ionic association thickener. It is characterized by the lack of organotin and APEO compounds, and has efficient medium shear and excellent low shear viscosity thickening efficiency. It is especially suitable for waterborne industrial coating systems with polyurethane thickeners as the main body to achieve the best flow level and anti-flow balance.

Unlike traditional thickeners, RT-105A has excellent flow resistance and good in-tank structure, while still allowing paint products to have good flow and leveling properties. RT-105A is also the best choice for thickening agents in a variety of medium and high-grade interior and exterior coating formulations. RT-105A can be used for high light, semi-light, mercerizing and flat acrylic, vinegar and acrylic emulsion formulations.

Product Specifications:

Usage: This product can be used directly or diluted with ethylene glycol and propylene glycol 1:1 solution. The amount of use of this product is determined according to the customer's formula design, and the recommended addition amount is 0.1% ~ 0.5% of the total formula.

Packing: 50kg, 60kg and 200kg plastic drum packing

Storage and precautions:

The product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse under closed conditions, and certain anti-freezing measures should be taken during winter storage and transportation (if frozen, it can continue to be used after proper mixing after defreezing). The recommended storage temperature is 1~49℃. Valid for 24 months
