Product Application:

The addition amount is usually 1-3% of the solid content of the emulsion. The PH value of the emulsion should be kept in the range of 8-9.5 when it is best added, and the use in acidic media should be avoided. RT-3917 crosslinker mainly reacts with the carboxyl group in the emulsion, and the effect is good at room temperature, but the baking effect is better at 60-80℃. In order to determine the best results, customers are advised to test according to their own process requirements.

RT-3917 crosslinker is a two-component type, once added to the system, it is recommended to be used within 8-12 hours. It is best for customers to test according to the actual use temperature and compatible resin system to determine its applicable period. At the same time, it has a slightly irritating ammonia taste, so be careful when disposing, and avoid direct contact with the skin and eyes, and try to use in a ventilated environment. Special attention should be paid to prevent oral and nasal inhalation when spraying, and special masks, gloves and protective clothing should be worn for operation.

Storage and expiration date

Please note that when storing, it is recommended to store the product in a dry, cool and airtight environment, avoid contact with acidic substances and oxidants, and avoid freezing.

The storage period of this product is 12-18 months from the date of production and must be kept in its original packaging. It should be noted that the product is not flammable and explosive, but it has a certain corrosiveness and belongs to common dangerous goods.
