Features and advantages:

RP-6020 is a silicone free defoamer for solvent-based and solvent-free systems. It has strong defoaming property and has no adverse effect on adhesion between layers when recoating.

Recommended: industrial coatings, automotive coatings, architectural coatings, wood and furniture coatings.

Application: protective coating, coil/tin coating.

Recommended dosage: 0.1-1.0% Adjuvant dosage (purchase form) based on total formula.

The above data are empirical dosage, and the optimal dosage needs to be determined through a series of tests.

Usage: for the best performance, the antifoaming agent should be added to the abrasive before grinding. If added at a later stage, the shear force must be high enough to ensure good dispersion of the defoamer to prevent shrinkage.

Note: due to its incompatibility, its effect on transparency and shrinkage cavity of varnish system must be assessed in non-polar systems.

Packing: 25kg inner coated iron drum or 180kg ring plastic drum

Storage: delamination and turbidity may occur at temperatures below 5 ° C. Heat to 20 ° C and mix thoroughly. Store in a cool dry place. Storage time is not recommended to exceed 12 months.
