Features and advantages:

RD-9787 is a general polymer dispersant, which can disperse carbon black, organic pigments and inorganic pigments in solvent based coatings and ink systems, especially for matting powder, glass powder and various kinds of pigments with excellent dispersion and hard sinking resistance. At the same time, it can reduce the grinding time, improve the luster, and prevent the problems of floating color and blooming.

Amount of dispersant (g) = [specific surface area of pigment (m2/g) ÷ 500] × weight of pigment (g)

Application field:

1. Prepare carbon black and organic pigment concentrated pulp in oil-based paint ink system;

2 in the oil paint ink system disperse matting powder, glass powder and other inorganic makeup filler.

Usage:Dissolve RD-9787 in the mixture of grinding base, and then add pigment for grinding.

Packing:Net weight 25Kg/ barrel, 200Kg/barrel.

Store:

1. Keep away from high temperature and ignition sources;
