RD-9778 is a kind of polymer dispersing agent, suitable for UV, solvent-free, solvent-based coatings and ink system widely used, carbon black and organic pigments show very excellent grinding dispersion effect, versatility, and has a very good viscosity reduction effect, especially for color effect is very good.

Amount of dispersant (g) = [specific surface area of pigment (m2/g) ÷ 500] × weight of pigment (g)

Method of use:

RD-9778 was dissolved in the mixture of grinding base material, and then pigment was added for grinding.

Scope of application:

1. Dispersively grind carbon black, organic pigment and permeable iron in high-end industrial paint (plastic, wood, floor and coil steel) system;

2. Used for dispersing and grinding carbon black and organic pigments in various ink systems (the comprehensive performance is very characteristic in nitrocellulose system)

3. Preparation of unsaturated resin color paste, solvent-free epoxy system color paste, nano color paste preparation;

4.UV wood paint and UV inkjet dispersion viscosity reduction is very good, especially suitable for high viscosity and high solid distributor;

Storage conditions and shelf life:

1, away from high temperature and fire, placed in a cool ventilated place;

2. Please seal after use, shelf life is 36 months.
