Features and Advantages:

RD-9774 is a kind of polymer dispersing agent. It shows excellent grinding and dispersing effect on carbon black and organic pigments in solvent inks. It can improve the amount of toner added in grinding formula, and has low viscosity and fluidity.

Recommended dosage calculation formula:

Amount of dispersant (g) = [specific surface area of pigment (m2/g) ÷ 500] × weight of pigment (g)

Method of use:

RD-9774 was dissolved in the mixture of grinding base material, and then pigment was added for grinding.

Scope of application:

1. Dispersion of organic pigment and carbon black in PVC color paste system;

2. Disperse and grind carbon black, organic and inorganic pigments in solvent based ink system.

Storage conditions and shelf life:

1. Keep away from high temperature and fire sources;

2, placed in a ventilated and cool place;

3, please seal after use;

4. Shelf life: 36 months.
