RD-9280 is a polymer dispersant with polyurethane structure, which has good universality and excellent compatibility with resin. It is widely used in solsol-based coating system. It has excellent grinding and dispersive effect on carbon black and organic pigments, and has excellent color spreading effect.

Amount of dispersant (g) = [specific surface area of pigment (m2/g) ÷ 500] × weight of pigment (g)

Application field:

In automotive paint, industrial paint, plastic paint, ink system dispersion grinding carbon black, organic pigments and inorganic pigments, especially red dispersion effect is excellent;

Usage: First dissolve RD-9280 in the mixture of grinding base material, and then add pigment for grinding.

Packing: Net weight 25Kg/ barrel, 200kg/ barrel.

Storage and precautions:

Keep away from high temperature and fire sources; Place in a cool and ventilated place; Seal after use; The shelf life is 24 months.
