Product features and advantages:

RP-601X is a non-silicon general purpose high efficiency defoamer, which is suitable for foam suppression and defoaming in polyurethane field. Based on its excellent and efficient performance, in most systems, it is significantly less than other types of defoamer. Recommended for non-aqueous, medium and high viscosity fillers.

1. Can quickly eliminate all kinds of microbubbles, large bubbles, suitable for all kinds of viscosity systems;

2. Excellent foam suppression and bubble breaking effect, suitable for stirring process and static defoaming;

Scope of application:

Suitable for polyurethane elastomers, coatings, adhesives and sealants and other fields, in most systems, its addition amount is significantly less than other types of defoamer. Recommended for non-aqueous, medium and high viscosity fillers.

How to use:

Due to different parameters such as raw materials and viscosity, it is recommended to add 0.2%-0.5%, and the best dosage should be determined after small tests;

l diluent can be used to dilute and reduce the viscosity of the product;

l Ensure that the defoamer ZGXP-01X added is fully and evenly dispersed in the system when using.

Packaging and Storage:

HDPE plastic drum, 25kg/ drum. Store in a dry and cool warehouse, away from sunlight and rain. Unopened shelf life of 24 months.
