Product features and uses:

RD-9290 is a polymer substage copolymer dispersant that can be widely used in radiation curing and solsol-based inks and coatings systems to disperse organic pigments and carbon black.

l Especially suitable for radiation curing formulations, especially for high solid content formulations

l Is especially suitable for carbon black and organic pigments, mainly recommended for grinding containing resins very significant viscosity reduction effect

l Excellent coloring power (color development)

Recommended application:

Flexographic printing inks, UV offset printing inks, screen inks, inkjet inks, radiation curable coatings, solvent-based industrial coatings, pigment concentrate

Recommended dosage: 15-30% of the pigment

Usage: First dissolve RD-9290 in the mixture of grinding base material, and then add pigment for grinding.

Packing: Net weight 25Kg/ barrel, 200kg/ barrel.

Storage conditions and shelf life:

1, away from high temperature and fire;

2, placed in a ventilated and cool place;

3, please seal after use;

4, shelf life 36 months.

Note: Because the active content of the product is high, when the temperature is lower than 15 degrees, there may be turbidity phenomenon, which is the characteristic of the product itself, and has no effect on the product effect, it can be used normally after heating.
