RD-9300 is a polymer-type dispersant, widely used in high solids solvent-based coatings and UV curing system, it shows very excellent grinding and dispersing effect on carbon black, organic pigments and inorganic pigments, with good versatility and viscosity-reducing effect, and it can also be used in the production of oily color paste.

Dosage of dispersant(g) = [Specific surface area of pigment(m2/g) ÷ 500] × Weight of pigment(g)

Application scope.

1. Disperse and grind carbon black, organic pigments and inorganic pigments in automobile paint, industrial paint, plastic paint and other systems;

2. Disperse and grind carbon black, organic pigments and inorganic pigments in UV curing system.

Usage: Dissolve RD-9300 in the mixture of grinding base material first, then add pigment for grinding.

Packing specification: Net weight 25Kg/drum, 200kg/drum.

Storage conditions and shelf life:

1, Keep away from high temperature and fire source;

2、Place in ventilated and cool place;

3、Please seal it after use;

4、Shelf life is 36 months.
