RD-9762 is a kind of polymer dispersant, mainly in a variety of oil/alcohol water-based system for inorganic pigments (iron oxide, titanium dioxide and various fillers, etc.) grinding dispersion, has excellent wetting dispersion and anti-flocculation effect on inorganic fillers, good viscosity reduction effect helps to increase the amount of powder added in the system.

Product specification：

Application: Grinding and dispersing inorganic pigments (titanium dioxide, talc, calcium carbonate, iron oxide, etc.)

Usage: First dissolve RD-9762 in the mixture of grinding base material, and then add pigment for grinding or stirring.

Recommended dosage calculation formula：

Amount of dispersant (g) = [specific surface area of pigment (m2/g) ÷ 500] × weight of pigment (g)

Packing: Net weight 25Kg/ barrel, 200Kg/barrel.

Storage conditions and shelf life:

1, away from high temperature and fire;

2, placed in a ventilated and cool place;

3, please seal after use;

4, shelf life 36 months.

Note: Because the active content of the product is high, when the temperature is lower than 15 degrees, there will be turbidity phenomenon, which is the characteristic of the product itself, and has no effect on the product effect.
