RP-6305 is developed using a special silicone grease system with a specially designed emulsifying system. The new silicone grease system provides excellent anti-foam balance. The special emulsifying system ensures the compatibility, dilution stability and excellent shear stability of the system. Ideal for foam control of metal cutting fluids. The desired foam control effect can be achieved with very small amounts, while the negative effects on the final product caused by the addition of large amounts of defoamer are greatly reduced. The defoaming agent is particularly suitable for such systems as synthetic cutting fluids and emulsion cutting fluids.

Usage: it can be directly added to the foaming system, or diluted with water and added to the system, so as to ensure its uniform dispersion. Diluted lotions are recommended to be used up in a short period of time to maintain optimum performance. Generally, it is not recommended to store more than four hours after dilution. According to the temperature of different systems and stirring factors, the general amount of 1-20ppm can ensure the ideal defoaming effect. The optimal dosage should be determined after the test.
