RP-6401 is a kind of anti-foaming agent designed for all kinds of water-based industrial paints and water-based furniture paints. It has excellent dynamic anti-foaming, anti-foaming and durable anti-foaming ability. It has good affinity with the system and does not produce shrinkage pore phenomenon.

Waterborne industrial paint

Water based furniture paint recipe added

Recommended dosage: Add 0.2~1.0% to the total amount of paint (finished form), the specific dosage should be subject to the experiment.

Application method:

Can be added directly in the manufacturing process, or can be pre-dispersed after use. It is recommended to add 50% of the total amount before mixing paint, and then add 50% in the last section to achieve better results. In general, adding 0.2-0.3% of the total formula can effectively extinguish and prevent foam regeneration.

Packaging: 20kg/ 100kg/ 180kg plastic drum or 1000kg IBC drum

Storage: Stored at room temperature (5℃-40℃), away from direct sunlight, warranty period of 6 months
