Features and advantages:

RP-6339 is a liquid defoamer of 100% active ingredient. It is suitable for high viscosity coatings or adhesives, such as whip oil, printing glue, jelly glue, etc. It can be applied to styrene, butadiene, acrylic acid, polyvinyl chloride and its copolymer, vinyl/acetate and water-soluble alkyd latex system.

Scope of application:

 oil whip, printing paste, jelly glue

 water-based laminating adhesive

 water-based adhesives

 high viscosity coating system

 polyvinyl alcohol dissolving process

Recommended dosage: Add 0.2~1.0% to the total amount of paint (finished form), the specific dosage should be subject to the experiment.

Application method: It can be directly added to the system that needs defoaming. Generally add range is 0.2-1%. For different defoaming systems, due to the different trial environment, it is recommended to do the test first in order to achieve the best defoaming effect and control the appropriate dosage. This product has excellent high temperature performance, can be used in the environment above 60℃.

Packaging: 20kg/ 100kg/ 180kg plastic drum or 1000kg IBC drum

Storage: Stored at room temperature (5℃-40℃), away from direct sunlight, warranty period of 6 months
