Features and advantages:

RD-9206 is a polymeric dispersant containing pigment affinity group. Used for wetting and dispersing waterborne coatings and pigment concentrates. Suitable for inorganic and organic pigment system, has a wide range of adaptability.

1, improve wettability, reduce the grinding time and viscosity of abrasive materials.

2, can increase the gloss of the coating, color intensity, transparency and hiding power.

3, the organic pigment and carbon black have good dispersion ability, and can improve the content of pigment.

Shrinkage can be used for paints based on standard water-based materials, such as acrylic dispersions or water-soluble acrylic resins.

Recommended dosage:

Inorganic pigments 10-15%

Organic pigments 20-60%

Titanium dioxide 5-10%

Carbon black 60-120%

Usage:Grinding can only be carried out in water (resin, amine and cosolvent free). The additive is mixed with water, and the pigment can be added only after the additive is fully dispersed.

Packing:25KG/ drum.

Storage:

Storage temperature:it is recommended to store at 10-40℃, avoid direct sunlight. At a temperature below 0℃

Delamination or turbidity may occur during storage or transportation. Heat to 20℃ and stir before use.

Shelf life:the shelf life of intact packaged products is 24 months from the date of production under suitable storage conditions.
