Features and advantages:

RD-9897 is a non-ionic wetting dispersant that exhibits excellent grinding and dispersion properties for inorganic and organic pigments in water-based systems and can be used to produce low viscosity pastes with excellent color development properties for both resin and non-resin pastes.

Application field:

1. Grind and disperse inorganic and organic pigments in water-based industrial paints, architectural coatings and water-based ink systems.

2. Preparation of various organic pigments and inorganic pigments concentrated pulp.

Recommended dosage： 

Amount of dispersant (g) = [specific surface area of pigment (m2/g) ÷ 500] × weight of pigment (g)

How to use:

First dissolve RD-9897 in the mixture of grinding base material (water), and then add pigment for grinding.

Packing: Net weight 25Kg/ barrel, 200Kg/barrel.

Storage: Away from high temperature and fire; Place in a cool and ventilated place; Seal after use; The shelf life is 24 months.
