RD-9826 is a polymer dispersant, mainly in the water-based system for inorganic pigments (iron oxide, titanium dioxide and inorganic fillers) grinding and dispersing, has excellent wetting dispersion and anti-flocculation effect on the pigment, good adhesion reduction of inorganic pigments and has good anti-sedimentation effect

Recommended dosage calculation formula：

Amount of dispersant (g) = [specific surface area of pigment (m2/g) ÷ 500] × weight of pigment (g)

Scope of application:

1. In water-based ink and coating system of inorganic pigments (iron oxide, titanium dioxide) grinding and dispersion;

2. Inorganic fillers (calcium carbonate, talc, etc.) disperse and stabilize.

Recommended dosage:Add amount according to the different requirements of customers, to calculate the solid content of the powder, add 0.1%-1.0% of the powder.

Usage: First dissolve RD-9826 in the mixture of grinding base, and then add pigment for high-speed dispersion.

Packing: Net weight 25Kg/ barrel, 200Kg/barrel.

Storage: Keep away from high temperature and ignition sources; Keep in a cool and ventilated place; Please seal after use; Shelf life is 12 months.
