Features and advantages:

RD-9780 is a polymer dispersant, which is widely used in solvent based coatings and ink systems. It shows excellent grinding and dispersion effect on high surface carbon black (such as Degasse FW200) and organic pigments. Especially for alcohol-soluble PU ink dispersion high surface carbon black effect is more prominent, has a very good viscosity reduction effect.

Recommended dosage calculation formula:

Amount of dispersant (g) = [specific surface area of pigment (m2/g) ÷ 500] × weight of pigment (g)

Scope of application:

1. Disperse and grind carbon black (FW200) and organic pigments in automotive paint, industrial paint, plastic paint and other systems;

2. Various color paste color pieces and other ink systems disperse and grind carbon black and organic pigments.

3. Grinding and dispersing of alcohol-soluble organic pigments and carbon black.

Use: First dissolve RD-9780 in the mixture of grinding base material, and then add pigment for grinding.

Storage conditions and shelf life:
