Features and advantages:

R1101 emulsion is a non-ionic oil-in-water emulsion of high density polyethylene wax. Wood coating, industrial coating, ink painting, polishing oil, leather finishing agent, floor wax, release agent. 

1. Cover printing varnish: R1101 can improve the friction resistance of water-based printing ink and reduce the coefficient of friction on the print surface.

2. Water-based adhesive: reduce surface energy, change polarity, increase viscosity, so that the colloid can withstand more harsh high and low temperature environmental factors. Suitable for the preparation of water-based adhesive, the recommended amount of addition is 10% ~ 50%, generally used with EVA emulsion and viscosifying resin, especially suitable for packaging film (BOPP film, PE film, etc.) and water-based paper surface edge sealing adhesive.

3. Polyurethane coatings: R1101 improves the friction resistance of waterborne polyurethane coatings, such as sealants for parquet floors.

4. Printing ink: R1101 can improve the friction resistance of water-based printing ink and reduce the friction on the print surface.

5. Floor wax: R1101 is used in combination with styrene-acrylic polymer dispersion to form a dry, bright surface. The hardness and toughness of the wax make these floor wax resistant to car printing and long service life.

6. R1101 is well compatible with commonly used polymer dispersions, resin solutions, plasticizers, film formers and active agents.

Storage and storage period:

Stored in an original unopened container at 5 ° C to 30 ° C, R1101 has a standard expiry date of 6 months from the production date. Please refer to the storage advice and expiration date on the package.
