RD-9805 is a high polymer dispersant, mainly for the grinding and dispersion of inorganic pigments (titanium dioxide, matting powder and iron oxide, etc.), which has excellent wetting dispersion and matting powder arrangement effect on pigments, and has good compatibility with other resin pigment systems.

Recommended dosage calculation formula:

Amount of dispersant (g) = [specific surface area of pigment (m2/g) ÷ 500] × weight of pigment (g)

Scope of application:

1. Grinding and dispersing of inorganic pigments (especially titanium dioxide, matting powder and iron oxide, etc.) in coating and paint systems;

2. Dispersion stability of inorganic fillers.

Recommended dosage: Add amount according to the different requirements of customers, calculated by the solid content of the powder, add 0.1%-1.0% of the powder.

Usage:First dissolve RD-9805 in the mixture of grinding base material, and then add pigment for grinding.

Packing:Net weight 25Kg/ barrel, 200Kg/barrel.

Storage:away from high temperature and fire sources; Place in a cool and ventilated place; Seal after use; The shelf life is 36 months.
