RT-3313 is copper salt stable isothiazolone compounds and formaldehyde complex, with gas phase sterilization function, chemical composition for 2-methyl-4-isothiazoline-3-ketone and 5-chlorine-2-methyl-4-isothiazoline-3-ketone mixture, the price is relatively low, is the first choice of water-based coating economic preservatives. Suitable for water-based coatings from acidic to weakly alkaline, compatible with various surfactants and other ingredients, without affecting the color, adhesion and leveling of the coating. RT-3313 not only has a strong inhibition of bacteria, but also has a strong bactericidal ability, suitable for breeding all kinds of bacteria in the harsh environment, has excellent long-term anti-corrosion effect.

Recommended dosage and usage:

(1) RT-3313 general amount of 0.1~0.3%, when applied in mildew coating, it is recommended that THE amount of RT-3313 is 0.1~0.2%, and 0.5~1.0% RT-3319 with the use. Avoid use in formulations with PH higher than 9.5. Do not use it in the system where the temperature is higher than 50℃.

(2) RT-3313 is easy to mix, it is recommended to add and stir fully after the production of the last step of thickener to ensure uniform dispersion. Do not add with emulsion at the same time.

Anti-corrosion properties: RT-3313 has the following minimum concentration (PPM) for preventing reproduction of common bacteria:

Aerobacter aerogenes 50

Pseudomonas aeruginosa 75

Bacillus cereus 50

Bacillus subtilis 75

Escherichia coli 75

Packing: 25 kg plastic drum

Storage: this product should be closed, dark and low temperature place, avoid direct sunlight

Matters needing attention:

This product can be added in any process, but it should be avoided in 45℃,PH above 9 conditions, it is recommended to add in the last process of production. Wear protective clothing, rubber gloves, eye masks and masks to avoid contact with skin, eyes and mucous membranes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes, and seek medical treatment.
