Features and advantages:

RT-3319 is a water emulsified tetrachloro-m-phenylenitrile complex. It has excellent anti-mildew effect on a wide range of moulds, effectively preventing the degradation of cellulose long chain molecules and mildew in the coating film.Tetrachloro-m-benzonitrile, the main component of RT-3319, is difficult to dissolve in water and can maintain long-term mildew and bactericidal efficacy even when the coating surface is wet by water.

Recommended dosage and usage:

(1) THE amount of RT-3319 is 0.1~0.5% (finished form), when applied in mildew resistant coating, it is recommended that the amount of RT-3319 is 0.5~1.0%. Avoid use in formulations with PH higher than 12.

(2) RT-3319 is added when grinding or mixing paint. It is recommended to add it before thickening agent.

The minimum concentration (PPM) of RT-3319 against common molds is as follows:

Aspergillus flavus 500

Aspergillus 2

Chaetomium globsum 3

Penicillium funiculosum 3

Pulluaria pulluans 250

Rhizopus stolonifera 50

Packing: 25 kg plastic drum

Storage: the product should be sealed and placed in dark and low temperature. If it cannot be used all at once, tighten the cover after use to prevent moisture volatilization.
