Features and advantages:

1.RT-3240 is an efficient and environmentally friendly drier, resulting in better physical properties of the final product. Higher catalytic activity, suitable for MDI/TDI system.

2. In the early stage of use, the viscosity is low, the operation time is long, and the leveling property is good, so that the bubbles generated by stirring during the construction process can be fully spilled, effectively reducing the surface porosity and bulging phenomenon; In the later stage, the material is fast, and the practical performance is basically achieved within 24 hours, which is more than twice the time of T-12, and the surface is bright after curing. At low temperature in winter (about 0℃), it can still maintain a good catalytic effect before and after.

Use:

This product is not recommended to be pre-mixed in polyether polyols in advance. It is generally added after the pre-polymerization reaction between MDI/TDI and polyether polyols is complete. It is recommended to conduct stability test and evaluation first. The addition amount is generally between 0.5‰ and 1‰. After opening the lid, pay attention to timely sealing to prevent the absorption of moisture in the air from affecting the catalytic effect.

HDPE plastic drum, 25KG/ drum.

Storage:

Store in a dry and cool warehouse, away from sunlight and rain. Unopened valid for 6 months.
