Product features and advantages:

RT-3230 is a new kind of environmentally friendly delay catalyst.

l It has good gel properties, excellent heat sensitivity and excellent post-curing properties.

l The activity is very low at room temperature and it is a weak catalyst, but it is a strong catalyst at higher temperatures.

l There is almost no activity below 50℃, and the activity reaches the highest at 90℃. The applicable post-curing temperature range is 60-100℃, and the activity is close to room temperature when it is greater than 110℃.

l It mainly catalyzes the reaction between -NCO and -OH. With the increase of temperature, the catalytic activity of -NCO and -OH increases sharply, far exceeding the catalytic activity of -NCO and water.

l Can replace metal catalyst.

Product features:

1. In the early stage, the temperature rise of the mixed material is not obvious, the viscosity rises slowly, the fluidity is good, the operation time is long, and the operation time will not shorten with the increase of the addition amount;

2. Fast curing after curing, practical time close to organic mercury;

3. Better selectivity of -NCO at high temperature.

It is widely used as a catalyst for polyurethane adhesives and elastomers, coatings, PU resin pastes, hard bubbles, soft bubbles, microcellular foams, epoxy resins, polyphenyl ethers, etc.

Use:

When used as a polyurethane catalyst, the addition amount is generally 0.05%-0.5% of the polyol component, and it is not recommended to add isocyanate components, which is easy to produce gel risk. Avoid open placement when in use.

Specification storage:

25kg/ barrel. Store in a dry and cool warehouse, away from sunlight, heat and rain. Unopened valid for 12 months
