Product features and advantages

RT-31391 is an environmentally friendly anti-flash rust agent free of VOC, nitrite and borate, with the same efficiency as its nitrite-containing counterparts, but without toxicity limitations. At the same time, it will not accelerate dry film corrosion, has no effect on other raw materials in the coating, and has a synergistic effect with anti-corrosion pigments.

Scope of application:

It is especially recommended as an anti-corrosion primer for iron, cast iron and steel surfaces.

Soluble in water, alcohols and diols, insoluble in esters, aliphatic hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons, and compatible with most water-based raw materials.

Recommended dosage:

0.1-0.4% of the total formula

Usage:

Can be added at any stage of production.

Packing:

25kg/ barrel or 200kg/ barrel.

Storage:

Store in a dry, cool place. 1 year stability when not turned on at 25°C. Keep away from frost.
