Product Features and Advantages:
1. This catalyst is a polyurethane and isocyanurate reaction catalyst of organic amine type. It has a higher selective catalytic activity for polyisocyanurate reactions than for polyester, and is thus mostly used in the formulation of polyisocyanurate reactions.
2. This product is a highly active catalyst that requires a small amount in the formulation. The reaction is fast, and crosslinking is stable. The recommended dosage is 0.1 - 0.8%. The specific dosage should be determined by testing.
3. When used in primer, it significantly speeds up sanding. When used in topcoat, it accelerates the drying process and shortens the packaging and bonding time of the coated object.
4. The drying time is several times that of organotin, and it has good stability with almost no side effects.
5. The H-8 drying accelerator has excellent resistance to yellowing. When used in combination with tin-based drying accelerators, the effect is even better.
