RT-3632 is one of the associated alkali swelling thickener series products, which is characterized by low odor, environmental protection, no heavy metal compounds, no APE0 components of environmental rheological modification additives.

RT-3632 is an efficient thickening product designed and synthesized to replace cellulose, which has a good effect in improving the low shear and medium shear (KU) degree of the product. The construction performance and feel provided by RT-3632 are very similar to that of cellulose thickeners, and it is an ideal low-cost/high-performance product to replace cellulose thickeners.

The alkali-neutralized RT-3632 product has a high yield value and gel structure, and has excellent anti-settlement ability, especially recommended for use in paints and real stone paints that require three-dimensional pattern effect.

1. Usage:

Due to the extremely high thickening efficiency, RT-3632 is not recommended to be added in accordance with the traditional associated alkali swelling thickener, because improper use will produce a strong post-thickening effect.

The recommended methods are as follows:

l In the preparation and production of real stone paint paste, first add deionized water, then add the required amount of RT-3632, stir at the same time add a certain amount of alkali for neutralization, and then add to the emulsion, and then add other ingredients such as color sand;

l When adding RT-3632 in the later paint mixing, RT-3632 can be released into a solution with a concentration of about 3-4% according to the use method of cellulose, and then slowly added to the system after adding appropriate amount of alkali to pre-neutralize during the mixing process:

l Similar to cellulose, RT-3632 can be added during the beating process, but be sure to add alkali to neutralize RT-3632 before adding the powder:

Storage:

The product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse under closed conditions, and certain anti-freezing measures should be taken during winter storage and transportation (if frozen, it can continue to be used after proper mixing after defreezing). Validity :18 months (under specified storage and transportation conditions). This product does not belong to the chemical dangerous goods, according to the transport regulations of non-hazardous chemicals.
