Features and advantages:

RT-3625 is one of the non-ionic association thickener series products modified by polyurethane and hydrophobic groups. It does not contain organotin and APE0 compounds, and is a low odor, environmentally friendly and efficient rheological modification agent with low and medium shear viscosity. It is characterized by high active component content, low shear viscosity, high efficiency and outstanding pseudoplastic rheological properties to meet the needs of different product performance design.

Unlike traditional thickeners, RT-3625 has excellent flow resistance and good in-tank structure, while still allowing latex coating products to have good flow and leveling properties. The RT-3625 can be used in a variety of interior and exterior wall coating formulations. It is especially suitable for use with other associated thickeners such as RT-3629 or RT-3631 for better rolling/roller dip and excellent flow/flow balance.

RT-3625 can be used for high light, semi-light, mercerizing and flat acrylic, vinegar and acrylic emulsion formulation. Its outstanding pseudoplastic rheological properties make it ideal for use in coating formulations for spray construction and thick coating applications.

6. Low viscosity liquid products, can be easily added at any stage of paint production, do not need to dilute before use, do not need alkali neutralization, flow level and thickening performance can be achieved in an instant.

7. Non-high subtype associated thickener, its performance is not affected by pH value. Can be used in a wide pH range.

8. Resistance to microbial and enzymatic degradation.

Usage:

It can be used in various coating formulations and has excellent compatibility with many other thickeners. RT-3625 should usually be used in combination with other thickeners such as RT-3629 or RT-3631 to achieve the optimal balance between high, medium, and low shear viscosity. RT-3625's outstanding pseudoplastic rheological properties make it ideal for regulating the flow resistance in coating designs and coating formulations for spray and thick coating applications

The amount of use of this product is determined according to the customer's formula design, and the recommended addition amount is 03%~0.5%. Customers can combine with other thickeners according to different requirements on production, storage, construction and film formation to meet the rheological performance requirements of formula design. In paint production, RT-3625 is generally added when mixing paint, and customers can also determine according to actual production conditions. However, if RT-3629 or RT-3631 is also used in the formulation, RT-3629 or RT-3631 should be added first to ensure smooth and rapid thickening. In the production condition of insufficient stirring, the construction should be diluted with hexadiol or propylene glycol 1:1 aqueous solution before use. RT-3625 should not be used with polyacid homopolymer dispersants.

Storage:

The product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse under closed conditions, and certain anti-freezing measures should be taken during winter storage and transportation (if frozen, it can continue to be used after proper mixing after defreezing). The recommended storage temperature is 1-49℃.

Validity :24 months (under specified storage and transportation conditions). This product does not belong to the chemical dangerous goods, according to the transport regulations of non-hazardous chemicals.
