RT-3315 is a monovalent salt stable isothiazolone compound complex, for the international recognition of cassone class broad-spectrum low toxicity high efficiency preservative, chemical composition of 2-methyl-4-isothiazoline-3-ketone and 5-chlorine-2-methyl-4-isothiazoline-3-ketone mixture, the price is relatively low, is the first choice of water-based coating economic preservative.

RT-3315 is suitable for from acidic to weak alkaline waterborne coatings, and a variety of surfactants and other ingredients good compatibility, does not affect the paint color, adhesion and leveling, compatibility is very good, will not cause emulsion flocculation demulsification reaction.

RT-3315 not only has a strong inhibition of bacteria, but also has a strong bactericidal ability, suitable for breeding all kinds of bacteria in the harsh environment, has excellent long-term anti-corrosion effect.

Recommended dosage and usage:

(1) RT-3315 generally added 0.05~0.1%, when applied in mildew coating, it is recommended that the amount of SN-125 added is 0.1~0.2%, and 0.5~2.0% RT-3319 with the use. Avoid use in formulations with PH higher than 9. Do not use it in the system where the temperature is higher than 50℃.

(2) RT-3315 is easy to mix, can be added during grinding or paint mixing, it is recommended to add before thickening agent and stir fully to ensure uniform dispersion. Do not add with emulsion at the same time.

Anti-corrosion properties: RT-3315 has the following minimum concentration (PPM) for preventing reproduction of common bacteria:

Aerobacter aerogenes 50

Pseudomonas aeruginosa 75

Bacillus cereus 50

Bacillus subtilis 75

Escherichia coli 75

Packing: 25 kg plastic drum

Storage: this product should be closed, dark and low temperature place, avoid direct sunlight

Matters needing attention:

This product can be added in any process, but it should be avoided in 45℃,PH above 9 conditions, it is recommended to add in the last process of production. Wear protective clothing, rubber gloves, eye masks and masks to avoid contact with skin, eyes and mucous membranes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes, and seek medical treatment.
