Features and advantages:

RT-3630 is one of the non-ionic association thickener series products modified by polyurethane and hydrophobic groups. It does not contain organic solvents, organotin and APE0 compounds, and is a non-toxic, low-odor, environmentally friendly rheological modification agent with high shear viscosity thickening and leveling.

RT-3630 not only has excellent thickening effect of high shear viscosity, but also its thickening system has excellent fluidity and leveling, and its rheological characteristics are close to Newtonian flow type, especially suitable for various high emulsion formulation systems to achieve excellent leveling effect and film fullness.

In the design of water-based building and industrial latex paints, the leveling properties and viscosity at high shear rates are directly related to the characteristics and effects of latex paint roller application. The viscosity at high shear rate is related to the feel characteristics of the brush coating, the film forming performance of the film, the consistency of the compact pass and the film thickness, and directly affects the life span, water resistance, stain resistance, scrubbing resistance and appearance characteristics of the film.

Usage:

The high shear viscosity efficiency of this product is a simple linear proportional relationship with the amount of use, the amount of use is determined according to the customer's formula design, the recommended addition amount is 1.0%-3.0%, the customer can also use other thickeners according to the different requirements of production, storage, construction and film formation, in order to meet the rheological requirements of the formula design.

Storage:

The product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse under closed conditions, and certain anti-freezing measures should be taken during winter storage and transportation (if frozen, it can continue to be used after proper mixing after defreezing). Validity :24 months (under specified storage and transportation conditions). This product does not belong to the chemical dangerous goods, according to the transport regulations of non-hazardous chemicals.
